To clarify, Tohma is his given name, Seguchi his family name. In Japan the family name is written before the given name.

Tohma is the keyboardist of the legendary J-pop band Nittle Grasper. After Ryuichi, their vocalist, left the band to start a solo career in America, Nittle Grasper disbanded. Tohma started the record company N-G Records, named after their band. When Ryuichi returned three years later, they decided to regroup.. giving Shuichi's band Bad Luck a rival.

Tohma seems to be a person who will get exactly what he wants. The end justifies the means. He is able to give an ultimatum with a cheerful, innocent smile. He is also the only person who fully understands Yuki Eiri's past and is very protective over him. [Spoilers, highlight to read: He even pushed Aizawa (Ask) in front of a car for "laying his hands on Eiri-san", succesfully ending Ask's carreer. ^_^;]
